This Cake was a lot of fun to create!

This cake is a chocolate fudge cake layered with chocolate buttercream. The headphones are made of rice crispy treats and then the entire cake is covered in Marshmallow Fondant. A friend of mine wanted to surprise her husband on their wedding day and this is what he got!!

Vanilla Cupcakes - Recipe

Vanilla Cupcakes

This recipe is super easy and fast to make. Makes 12 cupcakes

1/2 cup softened butter unsalted (preferred)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (room temp)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup cold milk

Preheat oven to 350 F

Cream Butter and Sugar, Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

In a Separate Bowl stir together all dry ingredients. (mix them well). Add half of the mixture to the butter mixture and mix to moisten, stir in milk, then add the rest of the dry mixture just to moisten.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cakes spring back.

Cool completely; then frost

Winnie the Pooh Bday Cake

This is a Vanilla Cake filled with Vanilla Custard, Strawberries and Whipped cream Butter cream. It is made from scratch and covered in Marshmallow Fondant. Everything is made by hand and edible.
